1) TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

 How to update your profile?

Every Austria Specialist can update their information themselves.

• Log on (if you don’t have a login name, click on "Forgot password" and your password will be immediately sent to your email address that we have on file and try to log in again)
• Then please click on "Your Profile" on the left-side bar and it will take you to your profile.
• Make any changes accordingly and save them.
• Please also don't forget to update your "Specialties" and answer as many questions as possible. The more we know about you the better we can work with you!

Login Problems?

If you are having problems logging into the website after registering, please check to see if your browser is set to accept cookies (you must accept cookies to access the website).

To accept cookies in Internet Explorer:

• Select Tools in the menu bar
• Select Internet Options
• Select the Privacy tab
• In the Web Sites section, click Edit
• Type "http://www.travelweekly.com/" in the Address of Web site field
• Click Allow
• Click OK, then click OK again

Seminar Problems?

If you are having problems viewing the seminar content, it may help to clear your Web Browser's cache.

To clear your cache in Internet Explorer:

• Select Tools in the menu bar
• Select Internet Options
• Select the General tab
• In the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button
• Click OK

Please note that agents who have not graduated AND not logged in within one year (Austria Expert graduates are not included) will be deleted without notice from the Austria Expert Program.
